Self-Reiki

Reiki is first and foremost a spiritual practice, a complete balancing wellness routine, as it considers the person as a whole.

Reiki allows you to connect to your essence, to your inner self, to ease tensions, to discover and find your inner path.



As a Reiki Master, I practice Self-Reiki every single day

for a daily well-being, a calm and spiritual opening.


Everyday, the flow of energy inside me, and around me travels with more ease, and radiance, which allows me to be more attentive and more in tune with my intuition.

My life path is then clearer and serene.


Self-Reiki also allows me to feel a physical well-being, to sleep better and even to get rid of persistent everyday aches.



Constant Reiki practice

allows you to manage difficult situations more serenely, to let go of a problem, to open the door to different opportunities, to finally make the right decisions, those that are in line with your inner self.
