Maître Reiki
Carole
During my childhood and my teenage years, I discovered alternative medicine.
As traditional medicine alone could not treat every ache and pain of my family, we started to combine it with unconventional care.
Following healing treatments, initiations and trainings, I developed a sensitivity and an enthusiasm for holistic well-being.
Yet, I still went to University to study business and worked in the fashion industry.
I lived in the United States, in Ivory Coast, and in England, to finally come back 20 years later, in France in Pays de Gex.
Through it all, I continued to practice holistic healing for myself, my husband, my children and my loved ones.
In 2010, I made a career change, and decided to study the traditional Japanese form of Reiki, Usui Reiki Ryoho, to deepen my knowledge in holistic medicine.
I had the pleasure to learn Reiki level 3 and 4 with the Japanese teacher Tomoyo Nozaki , and to become Reiki Master in London in 2014.
I have now a solid knowledge of Reiki and a better inner development.
I am also very interested in behavioral and cognitive therapies. Especially, in techniques that help release negative emotions and negative mental programmes.
I completed the TERET training in 2009, "Technique for the Rapid Elimination of Toxic Emotions", in France.
And I continue to develop and educate myself on these different therapies.
In 2016, interest and enthusiasm for Facial Reflexology in London was running so high that I decided to enroll in Facial Reflexology Sorensensistem™ course with teacher Nikke Ariff.
It was a unique and intense experience, during which I learned a lot of new concepts and met extraordinary people ...
My speciality:
Stress, anxiety, burn-out
Reiki helps reduce stress, relax and prevent or treat burn-out.
Stress can manifest itself both physically and emotionally and in different ways;
such as anxiety, irritability, fatigue, headaches, sleeping problems, muscle pain especially in the back...
Occasional stress is a normal reaction to difficult situations, but chronic and excessive stress can have a negative impact on physical and mental health.
Burnout is a state of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion that occurs in reaction to prolonged and excessive professional stress.
it is often caused by factors such as excessive work demands, lack of control over workload, lack of support at work, unreasonable expectations, work conflicts, and work-life imbalance .
Common symptoms of burnout include severe fatigue, loss of enthusiasm for work, difficulty concentrating, trouble sleeping, headaches, gastrointestinal problems, irritability, loss of self-esteem and decreased work performance.
And in particular
Emotional liberation and mental reprogramming
Reiki helps release toxic emotions and thoughts blocked in our body and mind, allowing then a mental reprogramming.
Resetting our thought patterns and emotional responses will then promote personal growth and well-being.
