Each session provides a sense of deep relaxation, of stress release with the liberation of all the body and mind tensions.
Reiki brings emotional release and helps with mental reprogramming.
We identify and eliminate thought patterns and automatic emotional responses that no longer serve us, as well as limiting beliefs or negative behavior patterns.
We then replace them with new, more positive and constructive emotional responses.

You can have a single session, knowing it is recommanded to have a serie of 3 sessions and then come back once a month, if it is needed.
